本機(jī)床是一種萬能型數(shù)控雙柱立式車床，適用于零件種類變化大的批量零件加工 本機(jī)床具有車削主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),適用于硬質(zhì)合金及陶瓷刀具，對(duì)黑色金屬、有色金屬和部分非金屬零件進(jìn)行粗、精加工 機(jī)床主要大件均采用樹脂砂鑄造工藝，鑄件材質(zhì)采用HT250,HT300,后經(jīng)兩次時(shí)效處理，粗精加工，保證機(jī)床的精度，提高設(shè)備的使用壽命 工作臺(tái)可以根據(jù)客戶的需求選用滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌或者恒流靜壓導(dǎo)軌
